For p3 I have decided to do the topic of global warming and its effect on the environment. I am not sure if this is in the course theme but im pretty sure it is outside. My research question is "What role do humans play in global warming and what are its effects on the environment. The overall theme is conservation and eliminating greenhouse in the o zone. Some potential stakeholders are the wwf, leonardo dicaprio because he is a big environmentalist and has a lot of followers, big factories because they put out a lot of carbon into the atmosphere. The big factories appeal to me most because they are one of the leading causes of waste in the environment and if I can get the message to them about what they are actually doing to the earth i feel like it would make a big difference. I would like to persuade an unconvinced stakeholder because they will not have any bias in the topic and will be more accepting of change. I think they should implement my ideas because if we dont start making a change now it will be too late. My only concerns for p3 are how long it has to be and finding enough sources to make the paper sufficient. I think a weekly meeting with you, Lindsay, or every couple of weeks would really help me get through it. If we had workshops I think it would be a great idea still.
