Extra credit blog post

I wrote a proposal paper to Dr. Frank offering him a proposal to improve the education quality and graduation rate at CSU. I did not find any difficulties reaching out to the president mailing address because all university presidents nowadays have an office mailing address where you can reach out to the president. I made sure that my paper word choices and tone are suitable for my audience. However, I tried to be nice by being on the fence when Criticizing the education quality. Not only because I was emailing the president of CSU but I believe that all humans are exposed to mistakes unless they glorify themselves and view themselves as an angel. In addition, I used my personal experience at CSU to support my proposal and I said “I want to remind you that buildings cannot build people” because I have seen many construction plans in CSU for buildings but no clear plans for how to develop CSU students.  In addition, I made sure to use successful people quotes to support me to show that I am not a negative person. Take for example when I wrote that both instructors and students are exposed to mistakes I used (Ignvar kamprad) quote that “asleep people are the only people who make non mistakes” because I know that people in general hate criticism and prefer to be glorified. However, I believe that without criticism nothing will be developed and we should recognize our mistakes to be developed I used IKEA founder quote. Moreover, I used the king of inventions quote Thomas Edison to support my believe that all CSU students are capable of being great regardless of what they have been told by negative people. “If we all did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves”. (Thomas Edison). I think that finding a way has helped to be specific in my audience. However, I thought that if I had my audience as CSU faculty I might be able to convince because they are closer to CSU student most of the time, whereas CSU president Dr. Frank work is more in the office away from CSU students expect in some events and ceremony’s.

Proposal is a technique that I need because every single day people use body language to propose themselves if are interested in a person talk or if they are bored and do not care about what they are saying. Moreover, I believe that in order to change anyone belief, bad behavior we offer them advices that are more like a proposal because we cannot change anyone behavior or belief expect when we offer a logical argument that we start and end with respect and love to him we are offering our advice to.  Moreover, I will need proposal paper more often once I get into the work field to show my manger that I care about the development of the company that I am working at and I belief that I will need to all of my future family such as children if I felt that they might feel embarrassed when I propose an advice or criticism.
